Since 2007 Fidelis Screening Solutions has been providing background checks and tenant screening for landlords and property managers. Our service has grown one landlord at a time until surpassing the 10,000 client mark in March 2013.

RentPrep not only gives our product line a more modern look and feel, the features and user-friendly design is sure to make screening your tenants even easier. The site will now be responsive, making it simple to use on any mobile device or browser. Aside from the improved functions of the site, the service and products will remain exactly the same. In fact, you will notice that the client area, your user name and password, along with the ordering process will not change whatsoever.
