Requirements for Full Credit Report Access
You do not have to be a property manager to sign up for one of our Enterprise accounts. However, if you are interested in full credit reports, the following is required for access to full credit reports:
- 50 or more rental units in your portfolio
- Company stationery and signage
- A business office in a commercial setting
If you have a home office, it is possible to pass an onsite inspection, but you’ll need your office to have a separate entryway and security measures in place. Over the past 10-plus years, we have found that most of our property management clients have very specific needs with their background reports.
